Now, before I start I need to make something clear, I am not trying to encourage my son to be a cross dresser or to change his identity or anything similar to any of the above. This is simply an opportunity that I couldn't pass up. A couple of weeks ago I noticed that Mason's hair was getting long so I have been trying to get Therin to cut it. Therin has been really busy lately so it never got done. Yesterday I was combing Abby's hair and thought I would try to see what I could do with Mason's hair. I told him that I wanted to try something so we could show daddy how bad he needed a hair cut (Therin was already planning on cutting his hair that night so this was my only chance!) I proceded to put little ponies in Mason's hair. He disliked the whole idea and was constantly pulling the ponies out. I told him that I just wanted to take a picture before he pulled them out. So I quickly took a picture and the picture captures his attitude about the whole thing. After the picture we took out all the ponies and, again, you can see how he felt about that! He thought his hair looked pretty funny! So yes, I am a mean mom to make my kids sit through a horrible experience like this. But Mason does laugh at the pictures every time he sees them!

Here is Mason with his new haircut...what a handsome boy I have!!

His face in the first picture cracks me up! He is so cute and his talk today melted my heart. Your kids are amazing!
That is too cute! I love Mason's face in that picture! Ryker's hair is getting pretty long too. Maybe I'll do some experimenting with it before we cut it ;)
Jenny, I had no idea that you had a blog! I'm excited to keep up to date with you family!
The first picture reminds me of the old "Little Rascals". we did that to Ethan's hair yesterday for crazy hair day at school. He sure is a handsome little boy.
